Featured Venue Partnerships
Paid venue partnerships provide the placements and benefits described on the purchase page at the time of checkout. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the Featured Venue Partner package covers one 12-month term. Sponsored placements may be identified as promotional content. A partnership does not guarantee traffic, attendance, customers, search rankings, sales or revenue.
Partnerships are intended for nightlife-focused businesses in active Nightlife Cities markets. If a purchase is materially outside the stated program fit or cannot reasonably be fulfilled, we may decline the placement and refund the payment.
Payments
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Payment-provider terms and privacy practices may also apply to the transaction.
Changes
We may update the site and these Terms as the network evolves. Continued use after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
