NightlifeCities.com does not currently require user accounts or ask visitors to create profiles. If you use our contact or venue reservation forms, we collect the information you choose to enter, such as your name, email address, business or venue details, city, website or social profile, category and message.
Our public contact form is processed by Formspark, and our private venue reservation form is processed by Basin. These third-party form services may process the information you submit together with technical request information needed to deliver, secure and protect form submissions.
If you purchase a Featured Venue Partnership, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive your full payment-card number. We may receive transaction details needed to confirm and administer the partnership, such as payment status, amount, billing contact information and transaction identifiers.
Our hosting and security providers may also process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps and security signals.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The network homepage does not intentionally set advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies at launch. The private venue reservation page at /advertise/ uses a first-party cookie and browser localStorage to remember when a 48-hour reservation window began on that browser. These values are used for the reservation countdown, not cross-site advertising. Infrastructure providers may also use essential security or performance mechanisms where necessary to operate their services.
How We Use Information
Information may be used to operate and secure the site, respond to messages, evaluate venue or advertising inquiries, prevent abuse and understand basic site performance.
Third-Party Links
NightlifeCities.com links to separate city properties and may link to venues or other third-party websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices. This policy does not control what another website does after you leave NightlifeCities.com.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help host, secure or operate the site, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or prevent abuse.
Retention
Email correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records or resolve an issue. Technical logs may be retained according to the policies and settings of our infrastructure providers.
Children
NightlifeCities.com is a general nightlife media property and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.
Your Choices
You can choose not to use the contact form. If you want to ask about information you previously submitted, use the contact form and identify the request in your message.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as the network adds features, analytics, advertising tools or other services. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
